I read an article about a man who chose to die rather than being in a wheelchair. He was a young adult newlywed. He had a baby on the way and a great life. On one unfortunate day he had been hunting and fell 16 feet where he was paralyzed. He told the doctors to take him off of life support.

I feel like he made the bittersweet choice. He wouldn't have been happy living the rest of his life in a wheelchair based on the type of active person he was. It is sad that he chose to die because it must be very hard on his family, friends, a lot of people. But he felt that he was ready to go to heaven. He was highly religious so at least he was happy with his choice.

I read an article about airlines allowing teachnology. As log as the devices are set to airplane mode they will soon be allowed. Even after the previous limit of 10,000 feet off of he ground. There are new models being built which prevent the radio being interfered. It is now safe to use them although it still is not allowed to be talking on the phone and other guidelines must be followed.

I think that it's great because so many people are attached to technology now. Some people just don't want to have to sleep or read a book or the boredom will drive them insane. Most people now would much rather be or a tablet or phone or even on their laptops. Personally I don't even fly I've never been in a plane. But if I was trapped in a plane for hours without using devices I'd probably cry. So I think it's good that they are making it more convenient.

I read an article that said handsanitizer is toxic. It has been said that it is better to wash hands than use hand sanitizer. It's also been said that hand sanitizer doesn't work very well to begin with. But nobody thought that it was toxic and dangerous. There is a chemical in it that is really unsafe.

I think that this is actually pretty scary. I use hand sanitizer all the time, I don't like hearing it won't help at all. I think that people should stop using it including me and simply wash your nasty hands. It's really not that hard to use soap and water every now and then like really.

In Syria the Assad Regime has been fighting a civil war with the revolutionaries. The revolutionaries are a group of many people. Some of which are related to terrorist groups. Even though the government has been gasing the rebels we still need to intervine to ensure that terrorist don't come to control another middle eastern country. Military interventions on the part of the intervention is required.

I think that the whole thing is really uncalled for. we don't have good enough of a reason to be killing each other here. The war needs to end because it is happening for stupid reasons. If it continues then more people are just going to keep dying for a lost cause. The military needs to get involved in ending it.

I read an article about cyber bullying on YouTube. They are trying to improve the thing so that there is less hate in comments. The person who posted the video can now block out comments they don't want on the videos they put up. They realize that there are some 'trolls' who comment mean things just so other people get mad and argue back. Most people on the websites just want to make other people feel awful.

I think that the mean comments thing has been going on far too long. I think it's a great idea to clear up the hate. People don't need to be rude to eachother behind screens when we would never say half the things we say online to someone's face. I don't think they will be able to stop all of it obviously. But it's great that some of it will improve.

I watched a video on cnn about two men getting arrested because of a picture posted on Instagram by a celebrity. Rihanna was on vacation in Phuket and took a picture with a loris which is endangered. Two men got in trouble because they brought the animal out for tourists to take pictures. It is illegal to charge tourists to take pictures with endangered primates. Once she posted the picture the secret was out and the men were caught.

I think that the entire situation is a little comical. I don't think it is a big deal just to take a picture with the loris. The thing I find funny is I don't know if they even knew she was famous or considered the picture would most likely go viral. I think that the men who brought the loris out shouldn't be in too much trouble because it isn't life or death, but they deserved whatever they got. Karma came back to them in a pretty humiliating way.

I watched a video on cnn that was about how crazy people are about technology. The new iPhones came out and there were people waiting in lines for hours to get it on the first day. The video made points that people are too into their devices, like the fact that Jesus could be back to talk and everyone would just be on twitter like "Jesus is here OMG". There were fights that broke out, as well as people trading 2,000 dollar purses for better spots in line. There's interviewed many people and one man said he has only had his last iPhone for two months but needed to get the new one.

I think that it is insane how attached people are to their phones. I don't even have a smartphone, there is no reason to go out and wait in like for hours just to get an updated version with slight differences. People are so absorbed in the idea of new is better that they don't realize they are wasting money and acting like spoiled brats. I understand you might want a new phone but is it really nessesary to fight, give away money, and wait in hours of lines in order to get it? Can you kot wait about a week to get your stupid phone? It is ridiculous the way people in our society are about needing all of this stuff.
